Moving to Nashville, TN in September and would like to rent-to-own a home.? - homes for lease nashville tn
I myself am the transmission of both my son and our cat in Nashville or a small town nearby. I looked at apartments and some of them are very beautiful and fits my budget, but we now live in an apartment and hate! We lived in a house ten years, until last month, and I move next time, I for something that will be ours. I looked at sites like rent.com and others that appear in the first two pages of a search, but most seem pretty expensive and I see a lot of rental / purchase option. I think it has to be more than just not in this list, and you? My credit is in the best case, I'd like to rent to own something, but do not know what part or how to find such an apartment. Hopefully I will visit twice in the coming weeks, but will not lose much time. My limit is about $ 800/mo. without charge. Any feedback is valuable and appreciated.
Thank you!

while in the city, go to the office of a broker and see if they know all the rental places. I think they are more likely to find the person then on the network. Even if you do it on weekends, you get the Sunday paper and look at ads. Some newspapers have websites that you can view online, including in advertising, so at home when you can search the whole day, if it exists. You can move online search for real estate agencies in the region and look at their websites to see what is available. Oh homeseekers.com sure where I found my house. Use the advanced search and you can choose more specific topics at home and how many rooms, fireplace and much more.
Try www.realtracs.com. This is a local site signifies TN area. They are the best option outside of Davidson County, however. The lower housing costs, falling profits, and better schools.
For $ 800, you should be able to a 3 bedroom, 1000sq rent. Walk home in the suburbs of the city. And probably be able to rent something with one of their own choice to be found.
